Brazilian coffee grows at a relatively low altitude 4,000 feet and below. Lower growing coffee tends to be a bit lower in acidity and a little heavier in body, which makes it a great base for espresso. We love good Brazilian coffee for the roasted nut, caramel and dark chocolate notes in its flavor profile, along with its substantial body.
TASTING NOTES
Smooth and mild. Buttery and mellow with hints of peanut butter and cocoa that balance a light and sweet berry tone which rounds out the finish. This is a perfect choice for those looking for a full-bodied coffee without undue acidity.
